Stripe may process your payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
5. Owner Codes
After a successful spot purchase, CreatorWall may generate a private Owner Code and send it to the email address provided during checkout.
The Owner Code helps verify ownership for future support requests, spot updates, transfers, or possible resale marketplace features.
CreatorWall stores a secured version of the Owner Code, not the raw Owner Code itself. This helps protect your ownership information and reduces the risk of misuse if database information is ever accessed without permission.
You are responsible for keeping your Owner Code private. Do not share it publicly.
6. Transactional Emails
We may send transactional emails related to your use of CreatorWall, including purchase confirmations, Owner Code emails, support messages, service updates, security notices, and important account or spot-related messages.
We use Resend to send transactional emails. Resend may process your email address and email delivery information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Transactional emails are not marketing newsletters. They are used to operate the service and provide important information about your spot, purchase, Owner Code, or support request.
7. Publicly Displayed Information
Some information you submit may be displayed publicly on CreatorWall. This may include your display name, social username, profile image, category, follower count, website link, bio, spot tier, assigned spot, and visual upgrades such as Featured Glow.

13. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information stored by CreatorWall. This includes using trusted service providers, limiting access to sensitive backend systems, and storing Owner Codes in a secured form instead of storing the raw code.
However, no online service can guarantee perfect security. You should keep your Owner Code private and avoid sharing sensitive information publicly.
If we become aware of a security issue that affects your information, we will take appropriate steps based on the nature of the issue and applicable law.
14. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate CreatorWall, display purchased spots, verify ownership, provide support, maintain purchase records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or payment obligations.
Some public spot information may remain visible for as long as the spot remains active on CreatorWall, unless it is removed or changed according to our Terms of Service.
If you request deletion or removal, we may still retain certain information where required for legal, payment, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute, or platform integrity purposes.
15. Future Marketplace Data
CreatorWall may introduce a resale marketplace or transfer feature in the future. If this happens, we may process additional information needed to verify ownership, create listings, process resale payments, handle transfers, prevent fraud, and provide marketplace support.
Future marketplace features may require additional terms, privacy details, verification steps, payout rules, or identity checks. We may update this Privacy Policy before or when those features become available.

We may need to verify your identity or ownership before fulfilling certain requests, especially requests related to a purchased spot or Owner Code.
17. EU and EEA Users
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable data protection laws.
You may have the right to contact your local data protection authority if you believe your data protection rights have been violated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
18. International Transfers
CreatorWall may use service providers located in different countries. By using CreatorWall, you understand that your information may be processed, stored, or transferred outside your country of residence where permitted by applicable law.
We rely on service providers that are commonly used for modern web hosting, payments, databases, storage, analytics, and email delivery.
19. Children's Privacy
CreatorWall is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services or make purchases without parental or guardian permission.
If you believe a child has provided information without proper permission, contact us so we can review the issue.
20. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for submitting accurate information, keeping your Owner Code private, using a valid email address, and making sure you have the right to submit any images, usernames, links, or other content you provide to CreatorWall.
Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary. Do not submit information you do not want displayed publicly.
