Refund Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
1. Contact
Refund and withdrawal requests should be sent to [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]. Include the purchaser email address, payment date, purchased tier, and the reason for the request.
2. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online service contract, subject to applicable exceptions and the rules concerning services or digital content that begin immediately at your request.
3. Immediate Activation
CreatorWall spots may be assigned and displayed shortly after payment. If checkout asks you to request immediate performance and acknowledge its effect on your withdrawal right, that acknowledgement will apply only as permitted by law. Until that checkout consent is implemented, CreatorWall will not rely on this clause alone to deny a statutory withdrawal request.
4. Technical or Assignment Failure
If payment succeeds but no spot can be assigned, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where appropriate, complete the assignment, provide an agreed alternative, or issue a refund.
5. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges
Contact us if you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Content Violations
A spot may be rejected, hidden, or removed if its submitted content violates the Terms of Service. Refund eligibility in these cases depends on applicable law and the circumstances, including whether the purchaser knowingly submitted prohibited or infringing content.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control. When a full refund is issued, the associated spot may be removed or returned to available status.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. If a chargeback is opened, the related spot may be temporarily hidden while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
