Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Operator
CreatorWall is operated through the website https://www.creatorwall.app. For questions, support requests, owner code help, refund questions, or legal notices, contact us at owner@mail.creatorwall.app.
2. Acceptance
By accessing CreatorWall, submitting creator information, purchasing a spot, purchasing an upgrade, or using any feature of the website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use CreatorWall and do not purchase through the service.
3. What CreatorWall Is
CreatorWall is a digital creator wall where users can purchase limited digital visibility spots. A spot may display creator information such as a display name, social username, category, follower count, profile image, website link, and short bio.
CreatorWall spots are digital placements on the CreatorWall website. They are not physical products, financial products, securities, investments, shares, tokens, or ownership of the CreatorWall business.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Purchasing a CreatorWall spot does not guarantee traffic, followers, customers, revenue, profit, appreciation, resale demand, resale value, or any financial return.
Any references to digital real estate, resale, trading, or a marketplace describe the platform concept only. They are not investment advice and do not guarantee future value.
You should only purchase a CreatorWall spot if you want the digital placement itself.
5. Eligibility
By using CreatorWall, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and make online purchases. If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you may only use CreatorWall with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree that all information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit the content, images, usernames, links, and other details you provide.
6. Creator Submissions
When you submit your creator information, you may provide details such as your display name, email address, social username, profile image, category, follower count, website link, bio, and other creator-related information.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you submit.
By submitting content to CreatorWall, you give CreatorWall permission to display, reproduce, resize, crop, store, and use that content for the purpose of operating, displaying, promoting, and improving CreatorWall.
You keep ownership of your own content, but you grant CreatorWall the right to display it on the website and related promotional materials.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, misleading, spam, impersonation-based, malware-related, infringing, or otherwise harmful to CreatorWall or its users.
CreatorWall may reject, edit, hide, remove, or suspend any spot or submitted content if we believe it violates these Terms, creates legal risk, damages the platform, or is inappropriate for the website.
8. Spot Purchases
CreatorWall offers different spot tiers, such as Starter, Featured, and Empire spots. Each tier may have different size, visibility, price, or display style.
After successful payment, CreatorWall will attempt to place your submitted creator information on the wall automatically. In some cases, updates may take time due to payment processing, webhook delays, technical errors, or manual review.
A purchased spot gives you a digital placement on CreatorWall according to the tier purchased. It does not give you ownership of CreatorWall, the website, the domain, the software, the database, the brand, or any company asset.
9. Spot Availability and Limits
CreatorWall may limit the total number of available spots. Availability may change as spots are purchased, removed, reserved, refunded, or otherwise adjusted.
CreatorWall may correct technical errors, pricing errors, duplicate spot assignments, incorrect tier assignments, or other platform mistakes.
If a spot cannot be assigned due to a technical issue, CreatorWall may offer a replacement spot, correction, or refund depending on the situation.
10. Prices and Payments
Prices and the main characteristics of each tier or upgrade are shown before payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
CreatorWall does not directly store your full card details. You are responsible for providing valid payment and contact information.
Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
11. Digital Product and Refunds
CreatorWall spots and upgrades are digital products and digital services.
Because digital placements may be created, reserved, displayed, or activated shortly after payment, refunds are limited. Our refund rules are explained in our Refund Policy.
Refunds may be considered if payment was duplicated by mistake, a technical issue prevented spot delivery, CreatorWall cannot provide the purchased spot, or another exceptional issue occurs.
Refunds are not guaranteed for buyer's remorse, change of mind, lack of followers, lack of traffic, lack of resale demand, or expected profit not happening.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.
12. Featured Glow Upgrade
CreatorWall may offer a Featured Glow upgrade or similar promotional upgrades. Featured Glow may add a visual effect, border, badge, or other highlight to a spot for a limited time, such as 30 days.
Featured Glow does not guarantee more traffic, followers, attention, income, resale value, or profit.
CreatorWall may change the design, duration, price, or availability of Featured Glow in the future. Active paid upgrades will be honored according to the terms shown at the time of purchase, unless a technical or safety issue requires adjustment.
13. Owner Codes
After purchasing a spot, you may receive a private Owner Code by email. The Owner Code is used to help verify spot ownership for future actions such as support requests, spot updates, transfers, or resale marketplace listing.
You are responsible for keeping your Owner Code private and secure. Do not post your Owner Code publicly. Do not share it with other people unless you understand the risk.
CreatorWall will never ask you to post your Owner Code publicly. If you lose your Owner Code, CreatorWall may provide a reset or regeneration process, but we may require verification before doing so.
CreatorWall stores a secured version of the Owner Code, not the raw code itself. This means we may not be able to recover the original code after it has been generated.
14. Future Marketplace and Resale
CreatorWall may launch a resale marketplace in the future where verified spot owners can list spots for resale or transfer.
The marketplace is planned but not guaranteed. CreatorWall may delay, change, limit, pause, or cancel marketplace features at any time.
Purchasing a spot does not guarantee that a marketplace will launch, that your spot can be resold, that your spot will have resale demand, that your spot will increase in value, that you will find a buyer, or that you will make a profit.
If a marketplace launches, additional marketplace terms, fees, payout rules, verification rules, and transfer rules may apply.
CreatorWall may require email verification, Owner Code verification, identity checks, payment checks, fraud checks, or manual approval before allowing resale or transfer.
15. Spot Changes and Updates
CreatorWall may allow users to request changes to their spot information, such as image, username, category, link, or bio.
CreatorWall is not required to approve every change request. We may reject changes that violate these Terms, appear misleading, create technical problems, or create legal risk.
CreatorWall may also correct formatting, broken links, display issues, image issues, or obvious mistakes.
16. Removal or Suspension
CreatorWall may remove, hide, suspend, or modify a spot if the content violates these Terms, the content is illegal or harmful, the user submits false or misleading information, the user attempts fraud or abuse, payment is disputed, refunded, reversed, or charged back, or the spot creates legal or platform risk.
If your spot is removed for violating these Terms, you may not be entitled to a refund.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you open a chargeback, dispute, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment claim, CreatorWall may suspend or remove the related spot while the dispute is reviewed.
If a payment is reversed, refunded, or found fraudulent, CreatorWall may remove the spot and invalidate any related Owner Code.
18. Platform Availability
CreatorWall aims to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security issues, third-party outages, database issues, payment provider issues, domain issues, or other technical problems.
CreatorWall is not responsible for temporary downtime, delays, display issues, or loss of access beyond what is required by applicable law.
19. Third-Party Services
CreatorWall may use third-party services including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, database providers, email providers, and storage providers.
These services may include providers such as Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, and Resend.
CreatorWall is not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, policies, fees, or actions.
20. Intellectual Property
CreatorWall, including its name, branding, design, code, layout, text, graphics, and platform concept, belongs to CreatorWall or its owners/licensors.
You may not copy, clone, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the CreatorWall platform without permission.
You may share your own spot publicly, link to CreatorWall, and promote your CreatorWall placement.
21. User Content Rights
You confirm that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit, including profile images, logos, usernames, links, and text.
You agree not to submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person or business.
If CreatorWall receives a valid complaint about submitted content, we may remove or hide the content while reviewing the issue.
22. Privacy
Your use of CreatorWall is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
CreatorWall may collect and process information needed to operate the platform, process payments, display spots, send Owner Codes, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
For more information, read our Privacy Policy.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CreatorWall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost followers, lost traffic, lost data, lost business opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
CreatorWall's total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to CreatorWall for the specific spot or upgrade related to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.
24. No Professional Advice
CreatorWall does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, marketing, or business advice.
Any content on the website is for general information and platform promotion only. You are responsible for your own decisions.
25. Changes to the Service
CreatorWall may update, redesign, modify, limit, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
We may change features, layouts, pricing, spot display styles, marketplace rules, upgrade options, or platform structure.
We will try to avoid materially harming already purchased spots, but the platform may evolve over time.
26. Changes to These Terms
CreatorWall may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may update the Last Updated date or provide notice on the website or by email.
Your continued use of CreatorWall after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
27. Termination
CreatorWall may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, attempt fraud, submit prohibited content, or create risk for CreatorWall or its users.
You may stop using CreatorWall at any time.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
