2. Acceptance
By accessing CreatorWall or purchasing a spot, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase through the service.
3. The Service
CreatorWall provides digital profile placements in different spot tiers. The selected tier determines the intended size or visibility of the spot. We may review submitted profiles before or after publication to protect users and the platform.
4. Your Submissions
You confirm that your submitted information is accurate and that you have permission to use all names, images, logos, links, and other content you provide. You grant CreatorWall a non-exclusive licence to host, resize, reproduce, and publicly display that content for operating and promoting the service.
5. Prohibited Content
You must not submit illegal, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, infringing, malicious, deceptive, impersonating, or spam content. CreatorWall may reject, hide, suspend, or remove content or spots that violate these Terms or create legal, security, or reputational risk.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices and the main characteristics of each tier are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for providing valid payment and contact information. Any applicable taxes will be handled as shown during checkout or as required by law.
7. Spot Assignment
After successful payment, CreatorWall attempts to assign an available spot in the purchased tier. If the selected tier is unavailable or a technical problem prevents assignment, we may offer an appropriate alternative or a refund.
8. No Guaranteed Results
Purchasing a spot does not guarantee traffic, followers, customers, revenue, profit, appreciation, resale demand, or resale value. CreatorWall spots are promotional digital placements and are not investments or financial products.
9. Future Marketplace
A marketplace or transfer feature may be introduced in the future under separate rules, fees, eligibility requirements, and technical limitations. Its launch, continued availability, and level of buyer demand are not guaranteed.
10. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, or modify CreatorWall. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption. Material changes will not remove mandatory consumer rights.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CreatorWall is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party websites, user-submitted content, or results expected from a spot.
12. Governing Law
